2) Conduct final interviews; evaluating candidates according to clients’ needs.

4) Administer workshops of recruitment activities acting as a team leader. 

5) Analyze workshops outcomes as per company standards. 

6) Conduct reference or background checks.

7) Monitorand approve the daily activities and productivity of his/her subordinate(s). 

8) Improve his/her subordinates’ skills level. 

9) Assess performance and productivity of his/her subordinates periodically. 

10) Confer with supervisor to develop recruitment policies or procedures.


Job Qualification

1) University Graduate. 

2) 4-6 years of experience in HR Management with strong references of recruitment activities. 

3) Strong Leadership skills. 

4) Excellent Computer skills.
